Humans or for that matter all living creatures are subservient to habits. They can be classified into Good, Bad, and the Ugly. Overcoming or breaking out of these habits are often a challenge. Its like the Good & Bad Cholestrol !!
After, quite a few failed attempts I can safely say that I personally have managed to overcome the nasty habit of “SMOKING”. And surprisingly now that I dont smoke cigarettes, I am beginning to understand what the non-cigarette smoking public has to endure. It actually is not a very pleasant experience. I now know why my driver used to be upset whenever i used to light up a stick in the car.
Somehow, I feel I owe all these people in silently instigating me to quit. Now that i have managed to quit, I want it to be known all around so as to prevent any re-lapse during the weaker moments.
